Collaborate with supervisors to capture and track enhancement requests to streamline and improve efficiency through completion Recommend, develop, and maintain department projects for live and cyclical reporting Perform system-specific programming tasks related to the General Ledger and other applications used within the Accounting Department Train new employees in software applications Create and maintain process documentation and job aids that standardize repeatable tasks, promote knowledge transfer, and ensure business continuity Make recommendations for software applications to comply with new accounting standards and/or department initiatives Lead the development of business cases for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency Provide input in strategic planning Maintain an organizational SharePoint for the Accounting Department and groups Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality Other duties as assigned
