Existing conditions can change the plan as soon as a wall is opened, and projects of different sizes may be operating simultaneously at different stages. If your experience has primarily been taking homes from bare dirt to completion according to a fixed plan, remodeling may feel unfamiliar. That's okay-but this role requires someone who understands the realities of renovation work.
