POSITION OVERVIEW

ADB is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform high-level administrative functions within the Project Controls group with a concentration on billing administration and project financial closeout.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs project setup, SO creation, and PO booking in NetSuite Manages project budgets including exception reviews, true-ups, and WIP support Owns customer billing, credits, and invoice accuracy Manages Completed Not Closed projects and monitors closeout readiness Reviews AR aging and drives resolution proactively Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
3+ years of administrative experience supporting project teams required 1+ year of informal leadership, mentorship, and peer support required Construction industry experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent required This position pays between $25 and $35/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
