Owner's Representative / Project Manager NES Group- Mansfield, MA About NES Group NES Group is a Design, Architectural and Project Management firm serving financial institutions and retail clients across New England and New York. We support our clients through the full project lifecycle through design, budgeting, procurement, construction administration, and closeout. Position Summary NES Group is seeking a Project Manager to serve as an Owner's Representative on projects, including branch renovations, new construction ground ups, fit outs and relocations. This role for a professional who can independently manage projects from design through closeout while collaborating with senior management and client relationships. The PM will act as the client's advocate, coordinating architect's engineers, contractors, and vendors to protect the owner's interests throughout the project life cycle. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Projects. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned projects through all phases: pre-construction, bidding/procurement, construction administration, and closeout Represent the clients' interests in meetings with architects, general contractors, and vendors Prepare and issue bid packages; review bid comparisons and contractor selection processes Review and process AIA contract documents, change orders, and pay applications Track project budgets and schedules for multiple vendors Conduct site visits and punch list walkthroughs Maintain project documentation in accordance with NES Group's standard operating procedures including meeting minutes, project schedules, photo documentation, project directories etc. Coordinate vendor agreements, project documentation, scheduling, purchasing, and invoicing Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams Lead AOC meetings and site visits Mentor project team members including assistant project managers Travel to and from job sites as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, owner's representation, or related field Experience with financial institution, retail, or commercial interior/branch projects preferred Working knowledge of AIA contract forms Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management/scheduling tools, Bluebeam Ability to travel to project sites throughout New England and NY as needed with reliable transportation.
