SUMMARY As Senior Program Manager , you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex client programs, ensuring consistent execution, operational visibility, and scalable growth. You will supervise and support Account Managers and Project Managers, guiding teams across design, engineering, fabrication, logistics, installation, and closeout. Your focus will shift from day-to-day project execution to program-level leadership, performance management, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in driving ERP adoption and data integrity, monitoring reporting and KPIs, and ensuring the program remains aligned with annual operating plans (AOP), revenue targets, and operational goals
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Leadership & Oversight Provide overall leadership for assigned client programs, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and strategic objectives. Supervise and mentor Account Managers and Project Managers; provide guidance, escalation support, and performance coaching. Shift focus from daily task execution to oversight, prioritization, and proactive issue resolution across the program portfolio. Serve as a key resource and escalation point for internal teams and executive leadership. Operational Performance & Reporting Own program-level reporting, including AOP tracking, revenue performance, margin trends, and operational KPIs. Monitor daily and weekly reporting to ensure teams remain on track to meet program goals. Identify trends, risks, and variances; provide clear analysis, recommendations, and corrective action plans. ERP & Process Enablement Lead and support adoption of ERP systems (e.g., INNERGY) and standardized workflows across the division. Ensure teams are properly trained, aligned, and using systems consistently and accurately. Develop and refine processes that improve visibility, efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and scalability. Ensure data integrity across schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project documentation. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Installation leadership to ensure seamless execution across programs. Support high-level make-vs-buy decisions, capacity planning, and vendor strategy in coordination with functional leaders. Ensure alignment on feasibility, value engineering approaches, and execution strategies. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Identify program-level risks early; guide teams in developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Promote consistent best practices, lessons learned, and standardization across projects and teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support growth, repeatability, and improved client experience. Client & Stakeholder Communication Maintain executive-level visibility into program performance for internal leadership and key client stakeholders. Ensure clear communication of expectations, approvals, timelines, and major changes at the program level. Represent the program with confidence and credibility in internal and external meetings. General Responsibilities Maintain organized, accurate program documentation within ERP and project management systems. Travel as needed to client sites, production facilities, and key installations. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Seven or more years of project management experience in exhibits, museum installations, branded environments, or specialty construction/fabrication. Strong knowledge of construction documents, materials, finishes, and basic estimating. Proven record delivering complex, one-off builds on time and on budget. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools; experience with ERP/project systems. Clear written and verbal communication; confident client interaction. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors and subcontractors. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to lift, push, or carry items that may exceed 35 pounds. Works in office, shop, and show site environments; may involve exposure to typical fabrication and install conditions with appropriate safety practices. Travel required approximately 25% of the time.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
