The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of pump and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) service projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations and company standards.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for all aspects of assigned Projects Provide superior customer service internally and externally Strategically source material Help coordinate with internal support team order entry and item coding Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers Lead project-related conference calls and interact with all third parties involved in project management Provide reporting to project management team Be in compliance with all established SOPs Analyze and recommend areas where efficiencies and advantages can be gained by DNOW and/or our client Facilitate expeditious movement of material and paperwork Support other Project Managers and Sales Assistants as workload permits Exceed customer expectations in service requirements while maintaining 100% on-time deliveries and 100% order accuracy. Maximize operating profits while gaining market share through superior customer service. Other tasks as assigned by supervisorJOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong Pipe, valves, and fittings sourcing background 5+ years' experience in project management and sales Oil & Gas knowledge preferred Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) Process, administrative, operations and SAP experience is a plus Positive and assertive attitude Detail-oriented, organized and analytical Understanding of and total commitment to DNOW processes Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive direction Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external Relationship-building abilities with both customers and co-workers Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment Strong work ethic and integrityBENEFITS
