About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of architectural projects across multiple phases, ensuring that design objectives, technical requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are successfully delivered. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams, serving as a key link between design vision and project execution. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects through Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. Coordinate internal architectural teams and multidisciplinary consultants. Establish project scopes, deliverables, schedules, priorities, and responsibilities. Monitor project progress, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure project documentation meets quality and technical standards. Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Participate in client meetings, presentations, design reviews, and project coordination meetings. Identify potential project risks and support the development of solutions. Ensure architectural design aligns with client requirements, contractual objectives, applicable codes, and firm standards. Support project profitability and performance through effective planning and coordination. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience in architecture. Experience managing architectural projects from design through documentation and/or construction. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, construction processes, and project delivery. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks . Experience with BIM workflows and BIM 360. Knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and/or Enscape is a plus. Familiarity with architectural codes, regulations, and technical standards.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30 PM.
