Ensure proper storage is allocated
Upon arrival, ensure temperature control measures are followed, compare contents with shipping receipts, document on master IP log, enter into IVRS, file report with receipt
Verify storage temperature range each workday, notify Site Manager if out of range
Before entering randomization into IVRS, ensure Inclusion/Exclusion has been completed and verified by PI
Confirm assigned IP number(s) with subject, initial/date
Dispensing medication. Document dispensing on Master IP log and subject's IP log/source document
Compute compliance during ongoing visits (amount taken divided by amount should have been), clearly document any problems
Document return on Master IP log and subject's log/source document
Work with monitor on accountability, destroying or shipping returned drug and ensure proper documents are filed. Assist with monitors
Assist with preparing new temperature logs for Refrigerator(s) and Freezer(s)
Misc. administrative duties
Office coverage and cleanliness
