You bring Word and Excel skills, OSHA 10 Hour, and HAAG Residential certification, with Xactimate and IICRC or RIA certification a plus.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Walk job sites with clients, documenting progress in photos and notes. Order materials and break down work orders with labor and vendor costs. Build schedules, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and update clients weekly. Run quality control checks and hold contractors to scope. Complete final walkthroughs, close out work orders, and collect balances due.
