Responsibilities & Expectations:
The Project Manager Assistant Level 2 provides intermediate support to project managers, assisting with administrative and coordination tasks, and managing smaller project components with oversight. Administrative Support Schedule and prepare for meetings, manage mid-level communication, and maintain organized project files. Project Coordination Support PMs by coordinating specific project segments, assisting with budgeting, and performing initial takeoffs under guidance. Documentation and Reporting Assist in generating project status reports, maintain logs, and support tracking of project progress. General Support Support the project team and complete tasks assigned by higher-level PMAs or project managers. Work closely with the project team to ensure alignment and act as a resource for PMA Level 1.Additional Duties:
Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.Qualifications and Competencies:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles required. Competency with project management software and Microsoft Office required. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving required. Must meet company, client, and/or regulatory compliance requirements, which may include a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR), criminal background check, drug screening, or other screenings, depending on job duties or site access requirements required. Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes is highly desirable preferred. Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teams preferred. Familiarity with the use of specialized project management or estimating software preferred.Physical Requirements:
This job involves both indoor and outdoor work.
