The Role As a project Manager, you are the face of Bluebonnet Roofing Pros.

Your mission is simple:

engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods, educate them on roof health and potential storm damage, and schedule free, no-obligation inspections for our Project Managers. Paid leads will be given seasonally and off performance. In addition you will be in charge of roofing builds managing projects and taking photos of build projects $300/build (typically last 1 day)

What You'll Do:

Neighborhood Outreach:

Engage homeowners through door-to-door canvassing or local events to identify roofing needs.

Consultative Education:

Help homeowners understand the benefits of a professional inspection and the insurance claim process.

Lead Generation:

Set quality appointments that result in real solutions for our customers.

CRM Management:

Use our mobile tools to track leads and ensure excellent follow-up. Manage, schedule, and close out

Roof Builds Requirements Communication Skills:

You are comfortable talking to strangers and can explain complex ideas simply.

Resilience:

You have a positive attitude and the "grit" to handle rejection with a smile.

Motivation:

You are a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based, high-earning environment.

Mobility:

Ability to be on your feet and walk neighborhoods (Reliable transportation is a must).

Local Knowledge:
