Job Description

Job Overview As a Project Manager, you'll be the on-the-ground point person for roofing projects — coordinating install crews, managing materials, and making sure customers know exactly what's happening on their property. You'll work closely with sales reps, field technicians subcontractors, and our operations team to keep jobs on schedule and quality high. You will be paid per job at a rate of $250 plus and optional $50 bonus on each job. Additional pay is provided when certain criteria are met. Responsibilities Be able to lift 50+ lbs. Provide your own work truck Able to walk on roofs Conduct site inspections and pre-job walkthroughs to scope work accurately Coordinate material orders and delivery timing with suppliers Oversee install crews on-site to ensure work meets quality and safety standards Lead customer walkthroughs at project start and completion Communicate job details, schedule changes, and site conditions to crews and internal teams Track and help resolve quality control (QC) and warranty issues on jobs Coordinate with sales reps and subcontractors to keep jobs moving on schedule Maintain accurate job documentation (photos, reports, completion records) Experience Proven experience managing roofing or heavy infrastructure projects within commercial or civil construction environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively on construction sites while maintaining safety protocols and quality standards. Some knowledge of roofing is recommended, training will be provided Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management; capable of juggling multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with stakeholders at all levels; proven leadership in managing teams within a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
