(919) 850-9600 Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead structural precast and bridge/DOT projects across the Texas market. This role oversees a team of project managers and serves as the main point of coordination between engineering, production, and field teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to spec. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in structural or DOT-based construction and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned construction professional ready to step into a leadership role with a growing precast manufacturer.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineering, drafting, production, and subcontractor activities to meet project scope and schedule
- Provide oversight and guidance to a team of project managers across multiple active projects
- Manage project budgets, billing, and accounts receivable to keep projects on track financially
- Review submittal drawings and contracts for constructability, compliance, and scope alignment
- Conduct site visits, coordinate stability and pre-erection meetings, and manage change orders through project closeout
Job Requirements Project Manager Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in construction, with structural precast or DOT/bridge project background
- Experience managing subcontractors and general contractor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
