Job Overview Are you someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and helping projects stay on track? We're looking for a bilingual Project Controls Analyst who can support international operations by analyzing project performance, monitoring costs, and providing meaningful financial insights. What You'll Do Analyze project costs and profitability Prepare budgets and forecasts Monitor project schedules and milestones Support international project teams Create operational and financial reports Translate business communications between Portuguese and English Improve reporting processes Assist leadership with business decisions What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management 3+ years of Project Controls or Financial Analysis experience Fluent Portuguese and English Advanced Microsoft Excel Strong analytical mindset Excellent communication skills Job Skills Financial reporting and analysis Budgeting and forecasting Cost control and variance analysis Project scheduling and tracking Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Project performance reporting Revenue recognition and invoicing support Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bilingual Portuguese/English communication Cross-functional collaboration International business communication Organizational and time management skills Data integrity and reporting accuracy Job Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related field. Job Responsibilities Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, costs, and profitability. Prepare project forecasts and financial reports. Analyze project variances and operational risks. Track project schedules and milestones. Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. Coordinate with international project teams. Translate business communications between Portuguese and English. Maintain project data integrity. Support invoicing, revenue recognition, and project closeout. Develop reporting templates and project metrics. Participate in project review meetings. Ensure contractual and company compliance. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 3+ years of project controls, cost analysis, or financial analysis experience. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Advanced Excel skills. Budgeting and forecasting experience. Strong analytical skills. Ability to support international teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
