Job Description

Who we are Spring Creek Landscaping is a Texas landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor construction company. We build everything from full landscape installs and irrigation systems to fencing, stonework, pergolas, and commercial site work. We're growing, and we need a Project Manager who wants to grow with us. Who we're looking for We hire people who are hungry, humble, and smart :

Initiative:
See a problem, fix it. See a better way, bring it up. What you'll do Run jobs from kickoff to final walkthrough: scheduling, crews, materials, and subs Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and handling changes Keep jobs on budget and on schedule, and track costs, hours, and change orders Coordinate permits, inspections, and deliveries Walk sites, catch issues early, and make sure the work meets our standard Work closely with ownership on estimates, job planning, and closeout What we're looking for 2+ years managing projects in landscaping, irrigation, or construction (or a strong field background and ready to step up) Able to read plans and understand irrigation, hardscape, and planting scopes Organized, and comfortable with scheduling tools, email, and spreadsheets Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus What we offer

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
