Full-time Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules aligned with CDRLs (Contract Data Requirements Lists), program milestones, and contractual commitments; track actual progress against baselines and proactively escalate risks. Manage Jira epics, tasks, and work breakdown structures aligned with contractual deliverables, ensuring activities are properly sequenced, prioritized, and resourced across engineering, integration and test, documentation, and QA teams. Conduct weekly program status reviews and prepare concise executive-level summaries for Air Force and internal leadership, while managing escalation paths for blockers, risks, and scope changes. Coordinate resource allocation across VDATS software engineering, systems integration, ITA/ATE interface development, and technical documentation teams. Identify, assess, track, and mitigate program risks; maintain the program risk register and communicate mitigation strategies to the TPS Program Manager. Monitor contract data requirement deliverables against approved schedules, quality standards, and program objectives; coordinate timely handoffs with documentation specialists. Facilitate program tracking across Jira and Monday.com, maintaining a single source of truth for project status, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across teams and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional activities among software developers, systems engineers, QA personnel, documentation specialists, and other distributed engineering teams. Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience supporting defense or aerospace software programs. Familiarity with government contracting terminology and requirements, including CDRLs, DIDs, CtF, ATO, STIGs, and applicable compliance frameworks. Demonstrated experience managing distributed, cross-functional engineering teams, including software development, systems engineering, QA, and technical documentation. Strong proficiency with Jira and/or similar Agile project tracking and management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present program status clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills. Active Secret clearance, eligibility for a Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Must be available to work on-site at Hill AFB, UT.
