Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects from inception through completion. Collaborate with architects, contractors, legal teams, and city/county officials to ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project milestones while maintaining quality standards. Oversee legal administrative tasks related to land acquisition, permits, contracts, and lease agreements. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence to inform development strategies. Monitor progress regularly, resolve conflicts or issues promptly, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders. Facilitate client communication by providing updates on project status and negotiating contracts or agreements as needed. Maintain comprehensive documentation through filing systems and property management software. Qualifications Strong administrative background with knowledge of real estate acquisition and development Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines within budget constraints. Excellent conflict management skills coupled with negotiation expertise to resolve disputes effectively. Solid understanding of property development including permitting, zoning, engineering, city and county government etc, in order to facilitate ground up property development in the residential and hospitality sector. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication and relationship building. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes. Effective team management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional teams confidently. Strong communication skills to handle inquiries related to multiple project developments efficiently.
