We currently have active projects across Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Nevada , with work expanding throughout the Intermountain West. We're looking for an Experienced Metal Roofing & Siding Project Manager who already knows how to run jobs from start to finish. We want someone who has successfully managed crews, schedules, subcontractors, and job profitability — and who also has strong hands-on knowledge of metal roofing and siding systems. What You'll Do:

Manage multiple metal roofing and siding projects from start to finish (both commercial and residential) Oversee field crews and subcontractors to keep jobs running on time, on budget, and to a high standard Read plans and specs, handle change orders, and manage job costs Coordinate material ordering, deliveries, and scheduling across multiple job sites Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and customers Ensure jobs are completed safely and profitably Support and mentor field crews as needed Deliver work you're proud to put your name on

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience with metal roofing and/or siding (standing seam experience is a big plus) Proven experience as a Project Manager running metal roofing or siding projects (we are looking for someone who already manages jobs, not someone looking to step into the role for the first time) Strong ability to read blueprints and construction documents Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Willingness to travel to job sites across Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, and beyond OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus You show up on time, communicate clearly, and don't make excuses
