Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jordan, UT. This role is responsible for overseeing tile installation projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with installers and subcontractors. The Project Manager will manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring projects meet client expectations and industry specifications. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, preparing and reviewing project documentation, monitoring job site progress, and resolving issues that may arise during installation. The role also involves collaborating closely with leadership to improve processes, support safety practices, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners. Qualifications Project planning and coordination skills, including experience managing construction or trade-related projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, installers, and subcontractors. Basic knowledge of tile installation processes, materials, and industry standards; familiarity with
NTCA/CTEF
guidelines is a plus. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications. Demonstrated ability to work on-site, conduct job site visits, and uphold safety and quality requirements. Relevant experience in construction management, flooring, or related trades; prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
