$60,000-$70,000 base + 10-20%+ bonus | Company truck included

As we continue to grow nationally, we're adding Project Managers who can run projects from the field with real autonomy and accountability. What You'll Be Doing Manage painting projects ranging from $5,000 to $1,500,000 — from material procurement through final punchlist Coordinate labor, scheduling, and sequencing with the customer's field team and other trades on site Perform and interpret field takeoffs for tilt panel, tenant improvement, data center, and commercial repaint projects Handle change order proposals, work authorizations, and field orders Monitor budget performance and submit monthly Estimate to Complete cost reports Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and a clean jobsite from mobilization through closeout What We're Looking For Background in construction project management — experience coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and budgets across active jobsites Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating across ownership, GCs, and field crews Strong communicator who can negotiate, coordinate, and hold others accountable without being handed a playbook Organized and detail-oriented — you track your budgets, your change orders, and your commitments Comfortable on the road 3-4 days per week on average — we go to our jobsites, and the right person is built for that Why Graydaze ESOP — you build equity in the company as you build your career here Bonus structure that actually pays out: 10-20%+ on top of base for performers Company truck and the autonomy to run your own projects without micromanagement A company scaling fast nationally, with real room to grow into senior roles If you're a construction PM who's ready to own projects and grow with a company on the move, we want to hear from you.
