This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project-level activities to ensure timely and compliant delivery of platform capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Plan and coordinate project activities and deliverables Maintain project artifacts including schedules, risk logs, and status dashboards Coordinate and document meetings, decisions, and action items within required timelines Track execution across platform build, Authorization to Operate (ATO), and operations phases Support weekly and monthly reporting processes Required Skills Federal IT project management and governance Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, Zero Trust) Understanding of multi-cloud architectures and data platforms Cost, schedule, and performance management Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement

Desired Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models Familiarity with federal compliance requirements Experience supporting platform implementation or system deployment Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CompTIA Project+ Required Experience Must have a current PMP or comparable certificate At least 2 years of Project Manager experience Experience supporting IT or cloud-related projects Experience managing federal IT programs CALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
