Project Coordinator Crystal City, VA Pay From:
$80,000 per year
MUST:
Experience Project Integrator Active DoD Top-Secret clearance with SCI 4+ years of professional experience 2+ years of experience supporting Project integration Experience with project integration software Strong understanding of AGILE processes Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work with development teams, management and government clients Strong interpersonal skills High attention to details Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, IT or other related fields
DUTIES:
The Project Coordinator / Junior Project manager's central duty is to assist the Program Manager Work with Senior leadership and Clients to help Build, manage, and maintain updated project schedules and master schedules that rolls up all task areas; captures dependencies Outlines the tasks involved in the project and coordinates accordingly Run stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates Implement and execute the Integrated Management System (IMS) Outlines the tasks involved in the project and coordinates accordingly Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices Maintain contact with clients and parties involves through email and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations, and enter project data Responsible for the flow of information from the Program Manager to the team regarding the project May clarify rules and standards to team members Make provisions for the progress of the project Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
