Job Description
DMV Restorations is a Virginia-based restoration and construction company committed to fast, well-documented project outcomes for our clients and the insurance carriers we partner with. We're looking for a detail-oriented Restoration Project Coordinator to manage the administrative and compliance backbone of our active project portfolio — keeping jobs on track, fully documented, and scoring well across our TPA partners. This is an office-based role for someone who understands the restoration project lifecycle — from emergency dispatch through mitigation, reconstruction, and closeout — and who thrives on documentation, deadlines, and process. No field work or emergency response is involved. What You'll Do Own TPA performance across our platform partners — Contractor Connection, AccuServe, Westhill, and LionsBridge — monitoring assignment compliance, documentation deadlines, and scorecards, and flagging any score risk to management promptly Maintain a master tracker of all active TPA assignments, statuses, and deadlines, reviewed and updated daily Collect, organize, and upload all project documentation (work authorizations, certificates of completion, photo sets, moisture logs, drying reports, subcontractor records) so files stay audit-ready from job creation through closeout Manage client and carrier invoicing, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate financial closeout including lien waivers and job cost reconciliation Coordinate scheduling for subcontractors, vendors, and field crews, and track project milestones in our project management system Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for property owners, insureds, and adjusters — communicating status updates proactively and responding to inquiries within one business day Maintain a professional, empathetic tone with clients who are often navigating significant property loss
What We're Looking For Required:
1-2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or operations (restoration, construction, or insurance experience preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects without missing deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to pick up new platforms quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, especially in documentation review and data entry Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervisionPreferred:
Experience with restoration TPA platforms (Contractor Connection, AccuServe, Westhill, or LionsBridge) Familiarity with restoration workflows, insurance claims processes, or Xactimate Experience owning compliance metrics or performance scorecardsPay:
