$200,000 - $235,000 basic + bonus We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering a major hyperscale data centre development in Culpeper, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in large-scale data centre, mission-critical or hyperscale projects to take a senior leadership role within a high-value programme. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Manage project teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders. Oversee programme, budget, quality, safety and overall project performance. Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and the client. Manage procurement, contracts, change orders, risk and commercial performance. Coordinate design development and ensure construction activities align with project requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve complex delivery issues. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders. Requirements 8+ years' experience in construction/project management. Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre, hyperscale or mission-critical projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, project controls and commercial management. Experience managing major contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline preferred. Experience working on projects valued at $100M + highly desirable.
