This role is essential to ensuring project objectives are met on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and problem solver, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects, building strong team collaboration, and navigating complex project dynamics from planning through execution. Position Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. Drive execution and ensure timely completion of milestones. Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to maintain project transparency and momentum. Risk Management Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and conflicts. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption. Budget & Resource Management Manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts. Optimize allocation of personnel, tools, and materials to ensure efficient project delivery. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor project progress and performance against KPIs and key milestones. Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team workflows. Support standardization efforts and best practice sharing across projects. Team Leadership Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
