Annual Job Summary:
Seeking a Licensed Master HVAC Project Manager in Woodstock, VA to oversee HVAC projects from estimating and pricing through installation, service, troubleshooting, and completion. Requires an active Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License, strong HVAC installation/service and estimating experience, plus project management and leadership skills. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Virginia Master HVAC professional to join a growing HVAC operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can manage HVAC projects from start to finish while also supporting estimating, installation, service, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC technical experience, project management skills, and an active Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License.

Full-Time Work Schedule :
4-Day Workweek Responsibilities Estimate and price HVAC projects. Conduct job-site visits and develop proposals. Manage HVAC projects from start to finish. Oversee HVAC installations and equipment replacements. Perform HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs. Coordinate with technicians, installers, customers, and contractors. Manage materials, scheduling, permits, inspections, and change orders. Review plans and scopes of work. Ensure projects are completed properly, on time, and profitably. Provide leadership and support to HVAC technicians and installers. Help develop and grow the HVAC department. Remain hands-on and assist with technical work when needed. Required Qualifications Current Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License - REQUIRED Strong HVAC installation and service experience. Experience estimating and pricing HVAC work. HVAC project management experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and permitting. Ability to read plans and scopes of work. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability and willingness to be hands-on when needed. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced Master HVAC professional who can: Price it. Contract it. Schedule it. Install it. Service it. Fix it. Finish it. This position is best suited for someone with a combination of hands-on HVAC expertise, estimating/pricing experience, and project management/leadership experience.
