Do you enjoy working with customers, organizing people, and working together towards a common goal? If so, this position may be a great fit for you! ServiceMaster Restore by Roth, a leading company specializing in water and fire disaster restoration, is growing, and expanding. We are currently seeking a team member who is tenacious and customer-focused to join our growing office team.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Collecting and maintaining documentation from our technicians to ensure daily tasks are completed Entering and updating information into our CRM Providing general administration support such as answering phones, scanning, filing, and organizing Assisting our coordinating team with tasks related to estimating, documentation and billing Preparing, submitting, and invoicing using Xactware and Cotality estimating systems Assisting our operations team with time-sensitive tasks while they are in the field Communicating with technicians, project managers, customers, and adjusters regarding insurance claims Ability to be a part of an on call rotation with the Coordinating team once fully trained
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Office administration experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organization and time management Strong multitasking skills Work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Investigative and problem solving.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES
Compensation starts at $22/HR Family health insurance plans offered after the probationary period. Dental and vision insurance offered after the probationary period. Paid sick leave. Paid holidays. Paid vacation after 1 year. 401K with true 4% match, and profit sharing after 1 year.
