Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee residential home building projects from land development through final walkthrough. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure every build meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on single-family home construction sites Oversee land subdivision and land improvement work (grading, utilities, drainage, road access) Schedule and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections Track project budgets, timelines, and change orders Ensure compliance with Seattle/King County building and land use codes and permits Communicate progress with cities, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc. Resolve on-site issues and maintain job site safety Qualifications 3+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent (residential preferred)
