Ultrasound Technologist LiveWell Homecare Agency Bothell, WA Job Details Part-time $55.82 - $90.66 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications BLS Certification Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Full Job Description Role Overview The Ultrasound Technician independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on patients across various age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. In the Breast Center, they conduct ultrasound scans on breast tissue. All procedures are performed under the supervision or direction of a Radiologist. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures accurately and efficiently Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure proper patient positioning Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures Collaborate with radiology staff and healthcare providers Ensure documentation and reporting of scan findings Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree, two-year technical program, or equivalent education and experience Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) upon hire Current BLS certification from the
American Heart Association Preferred:
ARDMS certification in Abdomen and OB; prior ultrasound experience Additional Information The role offers competitive pay, benefits supporting professional growth and well-being, and is located on-site in Everett.
