Greenwood Heating and Home Services is looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join our team. Journeyman License (02 or higher) is required. We are looking for someone who believes in taking care of customers and fellow employees. We are looking for a driven and open minded individual who is looking to do more than field work: someone who enjoys training the future electricians of the world, problem solving and navigating challenging situations, and educating customers on their home's electrical systems. Wage /Hours:
This position is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position. Our business hours are 7am-6pm. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year. Compensation plan can be discussed during interview. Quarterly bonus plan plus hourly.Location:
This position is performed on the road in the greater Seattle area.Our service range is:

Everett Area, South:
Federal Way Area, East:
North Bend. We have two locations, one in Everett and one in Tukwila. Role is primarily based out of Tukwila location, but foreman must be able to travel to other location on an occasional basis. Job Duties /Responsibilities:
- Work with field team and office team to ensure completion of electrical jobs up to Greenwood standards as well as Washington State and NEC code.
- Assist with ordering material for jobs, training electricians, job site lay out visits, and other various tasks.
- Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond knowledge base.
Skills:
- Understanding and follow through in Greenwood's Core Values and Mission Statement.
- Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.
- Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.
- Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field.
- Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative).
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Electrical License Required, 02 or higher
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.
