What You'll Do As our Project Manager, you'll partner with leadership and teams across the organization to design, implement, and improve business processes that support Royell's strategic goals.
You'll:
Lead projects from concept through implementation. Develop clear, actionable project plans and timelines. Facilitate brainstorming, process mapping, and improvement initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit and gap analyses. Collaborate with employees, customers, and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste. Translate complex ideas into practical solutions that drive results. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Adobe Acrobat, and related business software. Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation.
