Full Job Description Job Overview:

Potential candidates will understand that a Project Manager is the Main point of contact for the Company. So, the accuracy of every word, action and detail is essential. Project Managers will have the ability to learn, educate, plan & be knowledgeable in interpreting of plans/blueprints with previous proven experience of execution to completion of projects.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager reports to the Director of Operations. The Project Manager is responsible for all areas & aspects of Project Management of contracted work. The company is experiencing tremendous growth and is hiring for a Project Manager to drive the communication between the company and its customers for the life of the project. Problem solving skills is a must in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
The Project Manager responsibilities includes executing the day to days for contracted work that includes communication with Office Staff, Operations, Customers & Field Installers. He or She plans and administrates the work given to him and works in a broad range all support. The Project Manager will supply services and commodities as per the NPDC Standards. He or She analyzes and examines contracts with our Scope of Work & bid package directly with Field Manager & Installation Manager on a as needed basis. He acts as the Liaison between all operational departments. He or She makes sure that all the customers are handled with NPDC's standards, he ensures that all this is done in agreement with the principles and modulations of the company.
Work Hours & Benefits:
Standard hours of Operations are 7:00am-4:30pm weekdays Monday - Friday. Occasionally may be required to work weekends. We provide flexible working hours.
Required Skills:
At least 2 years of door and hardware industry experience. Technical Knowledge of plans/blueprints of Division 8 highly desirable. At least 18 months of Project Management experience High level of integrity with a strong results-oriented work ethic Team player who is interested in and committed to company excellence Works well under pressure and effectively manages stress Ability to multi-task, flexible, and adaptable to rapid change Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy & quality control Ability to effectively communicate with management team, coworkers & customers to communicate in group situations as well as one on one. Computer knowledge, including Word, Excel, Outlook General Duties Work Directly with Installation Managers, Project Managers, Ops Manager & Director of Operations daily to meet project goals and deadlines Aggressively achieving budget goals on Projects. Address any field issues Manage all key Meetings for contracted projects Leads, Directs & Inspires Field team to provide innovative solutions Ordering for projects Aggressively leading NPDC through the finish line of all projects Other assigned duties as needed
