We deliver high‑quality commercial projects in tandem with our GC partners with a focus on craftsmanship, communication, and predictable outcomes. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, owns their projects end‑to‑end, and builds strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. If you're the person who keeps jobs moving, solves problems before they become problems, and takes pride in delivering excellent work - this role is for you. What You'll Do As a Project Manager at PBS Builds, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently from pre‑construction through closeout.
Your key responsibilities include:
Project Planning & Execution Develop scopes of work, timelines, and budgets Coordinate installers, contractors, and vendors Schedule activities and ensure work is completed on time and within quality standards Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide clear updates, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships Financial & Documentation Management Track job costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Quality & Risk Management Identify issues early and implement corrective actions Conduct site walks, ensure safety compliance, and uphold PBS quality standards What You Bring 3-7+ years of project management experience in construction (specialty subcontractor and/or commercial general contractor experience preferred) Strong understanding of building practices, subcontractor management, and project sequencing Ability to read plans, specs, and technical documentation Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Monday, Acumatica, or similar) Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the Puget Sound area What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health benefits package PTO + paid holidays
