This full-time role will oversee multifamily and commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedules, budgets, field coordination, documentation, procurement, and stakeholder communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a plumbing construction professional who enjoys owning projects, partnering closely with field teams, and driving successful project outcomes. The role offers a collaborative environment with strong leadership, teamwork across operations and field staff, and the stability of working on active commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Manage multifamily and commercial plumbing projects from planning and preconstruction through completion and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Coordinate with general contractors, owners, vendors, subcontractors, field leadership, and other trades to keep projects moving forward. Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, and project documentation. Manage procurement to ensure materials and equipment are available according to project timelines. Partner with superintendents and field teams to resolve scheduling, installation, coordination, quality, and safety issues.
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.Employment Type:
