Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience managing industrial, manufacturing, construction, facility expansion, or capital improvement projects and will thrive in a highly collaborative environment requiring extensive coordination with engineering, operations, maintenance, EHS, contractors, and executive stakeholders. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively navigate both strategic planning and field execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through the complete project lifecycle including: Initiation Planning Budget development Procurement Execution Commissioning Project closeout Manage multiple concurrent capital and operational improvement projects across manufacturing facilities. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate activities between engineering, operations, maintenance, EHS, procurement, contractors, and external vendors. Track project performance using established KPIs and communicate status updates to leadership. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive alignment across project teams. Manage contractor selection, vendor relationships, and procurement activities. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and project governance requirements. Support facility upgrades, equipment installations, process improvements, infrastructure projects, and plant expansion initiatives.
