Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Coursework or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials. Or, a combination of education, experience, and training that indicates the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the position listed above.Special Qualifications:
The successful candidate must comply with a background check required by the Child/Adult Abuse Information Act,RCW 43.43.830 through 43.43.840. Physical Characteristics and Work Environment This position is primarily performed remotely in an office setting and requires the ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with supervisors and Recreation Division staff through email, phone, virtual meetings, and other communication platforms. The incumbent must be available during established work hours and responsive to departmental needs. Occasional in-person attendance is required for staff meetings, project planning sessions, training, or other departmental activities at the Puyallup Recreation Center or other City facilities.Constant Demands:

Sitting, repetitive hand and arm motion, fine finger manipulation. Work requires regular use of a computer and standard office software to complete assigned duties.SELECTION PROCESS
