Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Project Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent organization, and experience managing teams in fast-paced environments such as restoration, logistics, or warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Coordinate with field technicians, warehouse staff, and clients Schedule jobs, track progress, and manage workflows Communicate updates with customers and internal teams Resolve project issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Qualifications Previous experience as a Project Manager , Operations Manager, or similar role Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills (CRM systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office) Preferred Qualifications Experience in restoration, cleaning services, logistics, or warehouse operations Background in supervising teams or managing field operations Familiarity with job tracking or scheduling systems What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Stable, full-time position
