Sales Project Manager BB-Builders Pro is a family-owned remodeling and construction company that started about three years ago. Since then, we've grown rapidly into an 8-figure company, specializing in residential remodeling and construction. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Project Manager to sell and help manage residential remodeling projects from the initial consultation through completion. This is a commission-based role for someone who can combine strong sales skills with remodeling/design knowledge and project management. Compensation $100K-$400K+ Annual Earning Potential This is a commission-based, uncapped earning opportunity . Depending on the projects you close, you could potentially earn $10K-$20K+ per project . SALES ABILITY

Build relationships and establish trust with homeowners Lead consultations and understand client needs Present solutions and sell the vision Close residential remodeling projects

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Understand residential remodeling and construction Confidently discuss kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, and exteriors Understand materials, scope, and construction processes Interior design experience is highly preferred

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Help transition sold projects into production Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor project scope, schedule, and client expectations Track projects using Buildertrend Identify issues early and help keep projects on track Ideal Candidate We are especially interested in: Interior Designers Kitchen & Bath Designers Remodeling/Construction Project Managers Design-Build Sales Professionals Construction Sales or Estimating Professionals We're looking for someone who can sell the project, understand the product, and help manage the project successfully.
