Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in SeaTac. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting development related permits and applications to different jurisdictions, and tracking the progress until completion. This role requires communication with engineers, architects, inspectors, the internal team, and others to address permit-related inquiries and resolve issues as they arise. Exceptional organizational skills and adherence to project timelines are critical for success in this position. Permit and application types include but are not limited to: Building permit Pre application meeting application Demolition permits Tree removal permits grading and clearing permit Septic system application gathering as-builts and availability certificates Experience and skills Knowledge of land development and construction. Experience in preparing and submitting applications with mybuildingpermit.com and related jurisdiction portals. Document management and tracking skills. Attention to detail with technical descriptions. Familiarity with local zoning and construction regulations. Written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
