Job Description

STATHAUS
Development LLC is a real estate development company focused on high-end residential projects utilizing mass timber technologies, including CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) and glulam structures. We are seeking a part-time Construction Project Manager (20 hours per week) to support the coordination and execution of our residential development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction activities related to mass timber (CLT, glulam) residential projects
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and prefabrication logistics
  • Assist in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Support permitting, inspections, and compliance processes
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and European suppliers
  • Report directly to executive management
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or project management (residential preferred)
  • Familiarity with modern construction methods (mass timber is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible, project-based environment
Position Details:
  • Part-time (20 hours per week)
  • Potential to transition into a full-time role as the company expands its operations
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per month
