POSITION DESCRIPTION KLE
is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a Spokane regional-based position based mainly in the client office with some visits to sites as needed.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple small and medium sized projects, with direction from a Project Manager. Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Perform data tracking and analysis for various projects. Utilize excel low code functions to collate data and create pivot tables for performance measurement and action plans. Regularly coordinate with client project team, and other stakeholders for successful project execution. Maintain written and electronic project documentation and records for all aspects of project. Partner with project teams, clients, and all other stakeholders to support cross-functional projects and initiatives. Applies knowledge of project management to work through unique and complex program problems. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with client project teams and serve as the primary point of contact for projects. Develop, and maintain project plans, identify schedule variances, and recommend corrective action. Regularly communicate with client project manager, team, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear and timely communication internally and externally. Collaborative nature and willing to share knowledge across broader teams. Excels at problem-solving Technology adept, resourceful, and deadline-oriented and has strong communications and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor Science in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline or equivalent work experience required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat). Valid Driver's license.
Desired:
