Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians within a growing industrial equipment organization. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys working in the field, managing projects, and interacting directly with customers. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of service operations, support large-scale equipment installations, and drive overall service performance. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, mentor, and support a team of Field Service Technicians Coordinate daily service activities and prioritize field assignments Provide technical guidance and support during complex service situations Field Service & Project Execution Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair Support startup and commissioning activities at customer sites Manage service-related project scopes, timelines, and deliverables Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams Work closely with engineering, operations, and sales to ensure project success Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Operational Performance Monitor service performance, productivity, and project execution Support budgeting, cost tracking, and overall service efficiency Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational growth Qualifications Strong mechanical background; experience with hydraulic systems preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a technical or service environment Field service experience within industrial equipment, manufacturing, or capital equipment Project management experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a team

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
