We specialize in water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration and are known for delivering a white-glove customer experience during stressful situations. We are looking for a Restoration Project Manager who wants real ownership, clear systems, and long-term growth. Job Summary The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for managing restoration projects from initial inspection through mitigation execution . This role combines field inspections, customer communication, documentation, and project coordination to ensure jobs are started correctly, run efficiently, and meet customer and insurance requirements. You will act as the primary on-site representative for RestoPros while coordinating with internal teams, mitigation crews, and insurance partners. Key Responsibilities Inspections & Scoping Perform on-site inspections for water, mold, fire, and smoke losses Identify category/class of loss and affected materials Complete moisture mapping using meters, hygrometers, and thermal imaging Capture detailed photos, videos, and readings Create accurate initial scopes and job summaries Project Management & Coordination Coordinate mitigation crews, subcontractors, and internal teams Support scheduling, priority response, and resource allocation Review job documentation for accuracy, compliance, and billing Monitor production costs related to equipment, labor, and materials Identify potential supplements or reconstruction needs Customer Communication Serve as the primary point of contact during early project stages Clearly explain findings, scope, timelines, and next steps Provide professional, empathetic, white-glove service Maintain clear communication with homeowners, property managers, and vendors Insurance & Documentation Collect claim information, adjuster contacts, and coverage details Ensure all authorizations, signatures, and required forms are completed Provide clean documentation packages for estimating and billing Support insurance communication with proper evidence Quality & Safety Follow IICRC standards and company protocols Perform job-site safety assessments Maintain professional appearance, vehicle, and equipment standards Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related field Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration workflows Experience using moisture meters and inspection tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas IICRC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Xactimate or restoration CRM experience preferred Benefits Competitive salary with performance incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional training and certification support Company vehicle, tools, and branded gear Clear growth path: Project Manager → Senior PM → Operations Leadership Supportive, high-performance team environment
