About the Role We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Residential Remodeling Project Manager with a strong communication style to lead custom renovation projects from pre-construction through final completion. In this role, you will be the central hub of our field operations—managing master schedules, executing accurate material takeoffs, coordinating trade partners, and keeping homeowners informed every step of the way.
Build and maintain detailed master schedules in BuilderTrend to ensure trade sequencing, material deliveries, and project milestones stay on timeline and within budget.
On-Site Supervision & Quality Control:
Perform regular site visits to enforce safety, inspect trade workmanship against plan specs, and maintain clean, organized job sites.
Material Takeoffs & Procurement:
Read architectural plans and scope documents to execute precise material takeoffs, place orders, monitor lead times, and verify job site deliveries.
Subcontractor & Trade Management:
Schedule and manage trade partners, define daily scopes of work, resolve field conflicts promptly, and hold subcontractors to quality standards.
Proactive Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent progress updates, managing change orders, and guiding clients through walkthroughs. Required Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of total experience in the residential construction and remodeling industry. 5+ years of direct experience as a Project Manager running residential remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, additions, full-home remodels).
Software:
Advanced proficiency in BuilderTrend is strictly required.
Technical Skills:
Proven ability to read construction drawings, execute manual and digital material takeoffs, and manage project budgets.
Communication & Traits:
High-level verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organization, and relentless attention to detail.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
