Landscaping Full Job Description Job Description:

This Project Manager position is focused on commercial and residential development projects. Project Manager oversees the landscape installation crew leaders and the installation of projects daily while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, sales team, and suppliers. The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and keeps them appraised of progress and issues in the field. The Project Manager is responsible for quality control and serves as the first line of training and development to help improve the skills and consistency of production employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee 2-3 production crews on a daily basis with emphasis on quality and time management. Verify accurate time entry and material release logs of production crews. Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on scope of work and scheduling. Interface with clients to address change order requests, warranty items and schedule demands. Lead by example and assist in the growth and development of employees Build and uphold a culture of professionalism by adhering to the company core values. Conduct on site quality control inspections Closing duties on a rotational basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years combined experience in landscaping and/or construction related experience. Experience leading, organizing, and managing multiple crews. Excellent working knowledge of equipment used in the industry. Must have the ability to read scaled drawings, along with good math skills. Able to use site level to shoot grade and calculate slope and determine elevations. Good communication skills. ( Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required .) Must have a valid driver's license and qualifying MVR for company auto insurance. Ability to maintain a professional, positive and charismatic demeanor at all times. Able to interact professionally with customers, team members, and others at all times.

Working conditions:

Generally, M-F 7:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M. with some Saturdays required during peak season. Required to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather). PAY:
