Commercial Project Manager needed in Muskego, WI, just outside Milwaukee, for a highly respected commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for steady growth, loyal relationships, and a consistent pipeline of work. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, non-corporate team, and has never laid anyone off while delivering ground-up retail, restaurant, bank, dental office, and tenant build-out projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Project Manager position include: 5+ years of commercial general contracting project management experience Ground-up development experience required, with tenant build-out experience a plus Manage projects from pre-construction and construction through closeout Oversee bidding, lump sum and negotiated contracts, schedules, and subcontract agreements Lead project cost control, change management, and closeout processes Work closely with field superintendents to ensure compliance and successful project completion Develop and maintain strong client relationships Experience with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms
Salary :
$125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits :
