This position will support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability of industrial production equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and controls-related equipment issues. Troubleshoot and repair industrial controllers, sensors, switches, and related machine electronics. Perform light electrical troubleshooting and wiring within machines. Read and interpret machine diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals. Repair and maintain mechanical components, motors, pumps, gearboxes, belts, bearings, and related equipment. Manage the machine preventative maintenance (PM) program in partnership with Plant Management. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, controls, and safety. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Qualifications Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply; 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. Experience working with industrial machinery or in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with industrial electronics, controllers, sensors, and machine controls preferred. Ability to read machine diagrams and schematics. Basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring experience. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and safely in a manufacturing environment. Experience with PM programs, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or machining is a plus. What We're Looking For A hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping machinery running safely and reliably. This is a non-supervisory position with an opportunity to help establish the maintenance program for our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.
