As a Field Service Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between customers and field personnel, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, schedules stay on track, and customer expectations are exceeded.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, managing project communication, expectations, schedules, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate field service projects from planning through completion, ensuring resources, personnel, and timelines are aligned for successful execution.
Support and coordinate Commissioning Engineers and field personnel, providing project guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring teams have what they need to succeed.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, oversee project milestones, and help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal departments and customers to proactively address challenges, improve project outcomes, and ensure projects are properly completed and invoiced.
Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent project coordination, construction, service, or field operations experience will be considered.3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, field service operations, construction, utilities, or a related environment.
Strong project coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven experience working directly with customers in a project-based, service, construction, utility, or industrial environment.
Construction project coordination, field service, commissioning, building automation, utility services, controls integration, HVAC, telecom construction, or similar industry experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Engineering experience is not required; candidates with successful project coordination or project management experience from technical service environments are encouraged to apply.
Additional InformationMinimal travel required, with occasional customer or site visits (typically three times per year) to support project coordination and better understand customer operations.
