          • Exempt (Administrative)
          Purpose:
          Under the direction of management, this role will manage from inception to completion the life cycle of single or multiple projects. Key responsibilities to include the following scope of work: engineering design coordination, preliminary design, cost estimates, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, cost analysis, project management and any sub-contractor coordination.
          Responsibilities:
          Perform project estimating and prepare project reports and time lines Organize and develop customer/vendor relationships Develop and manage production scheduling for assigned project(s) Prepare and negotiate all contracts, sub contracts and subsequent change orders Monitor job costs and production to ensure proposed project time line is achieved Coordinate projects needs with site superintendent and company management Coordinate production and scheduling of active steps of the projects life cycle Manage the lease/purchase of equipment necessary for scope of each project
          Industry Experience:
          • 2+ years of experience in a project management/construction management role
          Travel Requirements:
          • Ability to travel is required
          Skills:
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
          • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented atmosphere
          • Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel experience
          • Proficient with AutoCAD or similar design software
          • Ability to travel extensively and for extended periods of time
          • Sound technical knowledge
          • Commercial instincts
          • Highly motivated, self-starter
          Physical Requirements:
          Walking, stepping, climbing stairs to access or otherwise move from one location on the job site to another which normally involves walking within and around locations and when required to climb and descend stairs to access areas as required Visually inspecting work areas well (either naturally or with corrective lenses) As a sedentary position, the positions requires the individual to be seated for long periods of time in a standard issue desk chair Remaining calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance of the incident which includes within and around locations and when required to climb and descend stairs to access available exits The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses, reflective vest, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the location
          Education:
          • A bachelor's degree from four year accredited college or university with a concentration in Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study
          • Candidates with 5 + years of progressive project management experience will be considered in lieu of education
          Licenses or Certifications:
          • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
