Job Summary Growing Government Contractor seeks highly organized Custodial Project Manager Custodial to lead and oversee custodial operations across a large facility. In this vital role, you will coordinate cleaning and sanitation efforts, supervise custodial staff, train and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale cleaning projects, implement best practices in industrial and commercial cleaning, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Duties Lead and supervise custodial teams to ensure high standards of cleaning, sanitation, and safety across all facilities. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures aligned with industry best practices. Oversee staff training on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and sanitation protocols to maintain compliance with health standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, enforce safety regulations, and address any deficiencies promptly. Coordinate with facility management to prioritize cleaning projects, respond to special requests, and resolve operational issues swiftly. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and performance management.
